Terms and Conditions:

1. Property owners who List and Sell their property with Ray White CR Group & Carpenter Realty (Ray White Milford, Mairangi Bay, Beach Haven, Verrans Corner, Glenfield & Silverdale) during the period of 15 May 2024 to 15 October 2024 are eligible to enter the draw.
2. The prize is one $7500 NZD Travel voucher. 
3. Ray White CR Group & Carpenter Realty agrees to the prize of the $7500 travel voucher, subject to the following conditions:
   a. The standard commission rate of Ray White applies to the property sale.
   b. The property must be sold by Ray White CR Group & Carpenter Realty on or before 15 October 2024. Minimum $3,000 advertising for vendors to qualify.
4. The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries.
5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6. The winner will be responsible for any additional costs exceeding the $7500 NZD prize value.
