Terms & Conditions
Ray White Mairangi Bay (RWMB) hereby agrees to assume responsibility for the expenses associated with marketing and staging the client’s property, subject to the following conditions:
1. The standard commission rate of RWMB shall apply.
2. The marketing and staging costs will be borne by Lifestyle Finance, a finance company, and RWMB shall make the payment to Lifestyle Finance upon the sale of the property.
3. The combined expenses related to marketing and staging, including any associated financing charges, shall not exceed a maximum amount of $5,000.
4. RWMB must sell the property on or before the 25th of December 2023.
5. The vendor shall only be liable for payment if their property remains unsold by the 25th of December 2023. In such a case, RWMB will still cover the financing and interest charges imposed by Lifestyle Finance.
6. This offer is restricted to the initial 50 property listings exclusively.
