Terms & Conditions

Ray White CR Group hereby agrees to assume responsibility for the expenses associated with advertising the client’s property for sale, subject to the following conditions:

• The vendor must sign a sole agency agreement with Ray White CR Group for a minimum term of 90 days. The standard Ray White CR Group commission rate must apply to the sale of the property.
• All advertising costs will be either financed through ListNow, or paid upfront via Bank Transfer. Vendors must meet List Now’s eligibility requirements to qualify for this offer, if they choose the List Now Pay Later option. Ray White CR Group will settle payment directly with ListNow upon the successful sale of the property, including interest or finance charges not exceeding $6,500. Ray White CR Group will refund the vendor up to the value of $6,500, based on the agreed upon marketing spend for the property’s advertising campaign.
• The total amount covered for advertising, including any interest or finance charges, will not exceed $6,500. Any additional costs above this amount are the responsibility of the vendor.
• The property must be on the market during the month of June 2026, and sold within 90 days from the agency start date, to qualify for this promotion.
• If the property is withdrawn from sale, transferred to another agency, or does not sell before the 90-day agency period, the vendor acknowledges they will be liable to repay the total marketing costs to List Now including any establishment fees or interest charges applied by List Now.
• This offer is limited to the first 50 property listings only.
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotions or discounts.
• The vendor must inform the listing agent they are accepting this offer at the time of signing the agency agreement.
