With over a decade of experience in the real estate and property industry, I bring a deep understanding of operations, systems, and strategic insights to my role at Ray White CR Group.

My background spans a variety of senior roles, including previous positions as Operations Manager and Head of Digital across leading real estate brands. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for improving efficiency, streamlining business operations, and implementing smart, scalable systems that enhance performance across all areas of the business.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, I have extensive experience in digital transformation, people leadership, and financial management. I take pride in supporting high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. I also hold my Salesperson licence which ensures compliance across the board and help salespeople every step of the way.
