Prior to establishing himself in residential real estate, David was a Sales Manager for one of Auckland’s leading property development firms, where he gained valuable experience in new developments, project marketing, sales strategy, negotiation and working with clients across a broad range of property levels.

A proud North Shore local, David’s knowledge of the area and its communities is a key advantage for his clients. He is an active player at North Shore Golf Club and Albany Tennis Park. He is also the current highest sale price record holder in Mairangi Bay, demonstrating his ability to position, market and negotiate exceptional results for premium property.
